At the end of the 8 weeks, our ‘Take Away Delivery Person’ makes a visit to the Nyoni’s house, informing them of a great new restaurant that has opened up around the corner. As usual, one of our doctors will be watching secretly from afar. Will they succumb to a delicious sounding meal deal…? Or will they be able to stick to healthy food when they think they’re all alone? At the end of the 8 weeks they are re-tested… Will the changes they have made show any sign of changing their long term health?
