Siquier Blue
Carlos Pérez-Siquier (Almería, 1930) is a photographer who has spent his whole life dealing with the light and color of his homeland, a unique space to be captured by a camera. This documentary film tells the story of that human experience – looking through a viewfinder and finding the way to capture it with so much talent. It is, at the end of the day, the story of a view that is full of humor and melancholy. SIQUIER’S BLUE is the depiction of a form of art and an artist who, little by little, got to see the recog- nition of his contribution to the world of photography, the most representative means of expression in the 20th century.
