Angela (42), David (44), Anthony (19), Nathan (12) and Tyra (10) live in Tullamore, Like a lot of Irish families they’ve developed some bad habits. Angela and David haven’t exercised for years. Angela drives everywhere. She also suffers from anxiety. At 5ft 9, she weighs 16 stone 10 pounds. Husband David has a size 42” waist. The family’s diet is very poor. They eat fast food at least twice a week. There are very few vegetables in their diet. They have a cupboard in the kitchen, which is full of treats. Tyra has a hip condition and has a SNA at school to help her. She was born with this condition and uses a wheelchair for long distances. Brother Nathan suffers from a lazy bowel.
